Work should be enjoyed in the same way that we enjoy playing. A bored worker is as bad as a bored player. He does not win. A bored worker does not produce. He merely marks time. He is a wage slave.

Sometimes we feel that we are not capable of doing certain jobs. Actually, if we concentrate on doing a job and keep on trying to do it, God-Willing, we will able to acquire skills and efficiency. There is no skill that cannot be acquired.

Action taken today would mould the future.

It is not for me to say whether I have succeeded or not. The people and history will judge and determine whether my service was good or bad.

What is purpose of ES?

To ensure products and mechanical assemblies that are manufactured by different companies are built the same, to the same standard. If I buy a widget from company A and one from company B, I want them to be the same quality and build.
